Somatic Therapy in Stillwater and West St. Paul, MN

Karen Leta Gillespie LMFT, ATR

Move beyond insight into real, embodied change.

I offer somatic, body-informed therapy in Stillwater and West Saint Paul. I work with individuals and couples to reduce anxiety & emotional overwhelm and support trauma recovery and relationship repair. Somatic therapy helps you work with the nervous system and body experience, not just thoughts or insight.

My approach integrates psychotherapy, somatic awareness, expressive arts, and nervous system support to help you move toward greater regulation, connection, and meaningful change.
